Magnitude 6.4 earthquake strikes Timor, Indonesia

An earthquake of grandeur 6.4 struck the Indonesia’s East Nusa Tenggara area on Thursday (Nov 2), the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.

The Indonesian geological agency (BMKG) fixed the grandeur at 6.3 doning most clearly no tidal wave prospective. The epicentre of the quake was onshore and also at a depth of 25 kilometres, located 15 kilometres from the capital of East Nusa Tenggara area, Kupang.
